Return Policy
At RaeMarie and Me, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit under the following guidelines:
Return Window Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Items received after the 5-day window will not be accepted.
Store Credit Only All approved returns are issued as store credit only. No refunds will be given to the original payment method. Store credit never expires and may be used toward future purchases. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
Return Eligibility Items must meet all of the following conditions: Unworn, unwashed, and unused, original package, free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage, returned in original condition with original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Sale or clearance items, accessories, jewelry, and hats, bodysuits, intimates, or swimwear, and gift cards.
Return Process
- Email us at Contact@raemarieandme.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return to process your store credit.
